This guy has a horrible time admitting any problems with his procedures (nobody's perfect). He put me on pain meds (very, very strong narcotics) and told me no more follow up and no way to taper off medication. Had me on Neurontin as well and released me with no way to get off meds. Neurontin causes SEIZURES if stopped abruptly!! This guy got frustrated and cut me loose!! I went to another specialist and I'm off of all meds and completely pain free! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!

Dr. Chatas is a god sent. I could hardly walk when I first went to him for pain injections in December 2012. I just went today for my 4th visit and I am able to walk with no pain.

First visit seemed hopeful. Second visit was brief, when I was told that the pain I had was very mild, but was made to feel severe by the dulling of senses by the one-a-day Vicodin I'd been taking. Was essentially told pain was in my head, and the multiple surgeries/illnesses/diagnoses were dismissed. Did not believe pain symptoms. Made me feel alone, and without hope. Maybe you'll have better luck, or maybe you'll just be dismissed as a "dopehead".
