the staff is worthless and often find themselves hinding in the back. the punctuality of the doctor is rather questionable. she does not believe that the patient knows anything and treated me like i was a 5 year old. she does not understand that mixing several prescribed meds can result is negative results. she has refused that she has misdiagnosed myself even though multiple docs at the hospital i had to go to due as a result of her neglect to listen, said thay she messed up and my issues were her fault. since then i have changed docs and am pleased that i left the worthless office. she office may be good for simple illnesses such as a cold or bacteria infect but for everything else, for your own sake and well being go to anyone else!!!

I saw this doctor for over 3 years. She was brusque and had no real patient/doctor rapport. However, I had no real problems with her thoroughness and treatment, until this year. During the past year, she saw me for shoulder pain, but never sent me for MRI until 10 months after the fall--which had resulted in 3 rotator cuff tears that had to be surgically fixed, along with 6 months of P.T. Yesterday, I questioned a treatment statement of hers, which I felt was unhelpful, dismissive of my symptoms and asked what she had meant by that--her answer--instantaneous dismissal as a patient. This doctor refuses to listen to patient input, when it differs with her view of herself. I did not really complain to her about her treatment as much as ask her to clarify it for me (her reasons). She does not accept ANY critical discussion or allow patients to ask why she did something. Her partner is my pain management doctor, I lost 2 doctors in one day. All because I questioned why she did something.

I understand why a previous rater said that she doesn't smile often. That doesn't bother me very much. What I appreciate is that Dr. Olson listens to me, explains things thoroughly to me, and is a teammate in my healthcare. By going above and beyond, she found a problem that I would have ignored, to my great peril. I can't recommend her highly enough. Glad I found her.

I regret the day I met Dr. Olson to treat my various health ailments. Not only did I find her severe, cold, uncaring, and insensitive, she is unfairly JUDGMENTAL. Over the last few months of her acting as my primary care physician, she NEVER cracked a smile or engaged in laughter. She does not listen to you and forms opinions within seconds. I have left her office several times in frustration and tears. I DO wish her on my own worse enemies! Beware!
