I have been seeing this doctor for almost a decade. He is very sincere and ethical. I trust him with my life. It's the only primary care physician that my wife and I will see. I also recently injured myself in the gym; so I utilized his in house physical therapy services recently. They offer a full sixty minutes with each session. Hands down, this injury was probably the best thing that has ever happened to me. The head of the physical therapy department really listens and works with his clients. I actually wrote a letter into Dr. Brunson's office a few weeks ago telling him how much I appreciated the PT and the quality behind it.

The Dr is pretty good however you have to get passed the Wife she is the office manager and very money hungry a paper to be signed expect to pay everything is pay pay pay. I once owed 2.80 and she came after me like a pit bull on their last meal. My opinion the place would run allot smoother and calmer if she would just stay home. My opinion go elsewher it is not worth it.

I’ve seen some comments from other patients about the way the office is run. I would tend to agree with them with the original office but now that they have moved to the new location it’s much improved. There is one nurse/aid that seems a bit rushed but she is not rude by any stretch of the imagination. Overall the move was the best decision for this practice. Appointments are easy to get, staff is able and willing to help. Dr. Brunson is obviously the key here and it shows. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He asks the right questions and gives you the right information in return. This is how a Dr. visit should be run. Some topics are not the easiest to talk about but having confidence in Dr. Brunson makes it that much easier. I would highly recommend Dr. Brunson.

The main problem is the office and the way the business is run. Getting an appointment with Dr. Brunson in a short time is very tough. And to be honest, if I can wait a week, I will just go see the specialist anyway. I have seen both Nurse Practitioners. Lindsay was pretty good. Melissa (I think that is her name) treated me like I was an 80 year old idiot (I'm relatively young). She talked at a volume that was easy to hear from another room and very loud in the same room. While waiting in one of the patient rooms, I could hear another woman getting her breast exam because she was speaking so loud. Getting test results is a mess, if they even return the correct results to you. There is no way I could recommend this office to a friend and I have started my search for a new primary care physician.

front office staff are rude and will yell at you in front of everyone. Office manager is not compassionate at all. She's all about money. The doctor is always late and will tell you to leave if you dont want to wait.

Unfortunately, the admin staff has prompted me to write this less than satisfactory review. The specific issue with the admin staff is their inability to correctly order the proper medication in a timely manner. This is critical in my case because of work related travel. I have run out of meds on several occasions, not because of waiting to the last minute, but because of errors made by the staff. Never once has any of the staff appologized, nor offered help, but made me "jump through hoops" to rectify the situation through my ins. co. Just recently, I came in for blood work, only to find out they made yet another error resulting in me having to reschedule another appt. This would not be a big deal if it weren't for my work travel schedule. I now have only 2 wks of meds. left. (again!).The worst part of all this is that Dr. was defensive and dismissive when I expressed my concern.
