I was rudely insulted by the staff. The doctor did not explain a terrifying procedure giving me PTSD for 2+ years now. When questioned he made inane excuses for the staff and made no appology for them or himself. He was arrogant and pompous. I was in shock from breast cancer diagnosis and stunned by such uncompassionate treatment.

Been all the way to Mayo Clinic met a few Drs. So far Dr. Hanus has been the best with giving us hope. Husband has stage 3b lung cancer.
