He is the best!! He listens! He remembers your child! He actually cares. He is the only doctor that could control my child's seizures!

Dr. Riela came recommended by another doctor of mine for my son. I tried calling to get an appointment, but you cannot speak to a live person. You are required to leave a message and they will call you back. I work 10-12hr days, where I am unable to answer my phone. after 3 days of phone tag, I was finally told (via voicemail) to fill out the new patient paperwork and send it via email, in order to schedule appt. I thought "great, it is much easier for me to communicate via email". I sent the paperwork to them on 5/12/2011. Here I sit almost two weeks later, and still no response from their office. I called again this morning to see if I could talk to a live person....ANY person...I dialed every extension....all landed me at a voicemail! Highly recommended or not, I'm seeking care elsewhere...

Very informative,answered all ?'s.Spent time with us, not rushed. discussed all options.If you have a child with special needs, he is the doctor to see!
