My experience with Dr. Koe was great at first. Then cutting off my concerns, never follows up with referrals, ignored serious health issues by prescribing OTC products which resulted in a trip to emergency for a related damaging health issue. Dismissive often as if she didn't believe my concerns which again was disastrous. Not every health issue responds well to OTC treatment. I had 3 very serious health episodes because Dr Koe refused to take my concerns seriously. I'm probably lucky to be alive.

Dr. Koe is my mother's GP, and I have come along for some of her appointments. I am totally impressed with her care and support for my mom. She is patient, takes her time, and has been very helpful to my mom over the past 5 years.

I have to agree with the review of 2010 about Dr.Koe not listening to concerns and not following up, and repeating the same dialogue over and over. She has repeatedly cut me short and over rode concerns by not listening. This refusal to LISTEN resulted in a serious health crisis that landed me in emergency. OTC solutions are not always successful treatments. Staff don't respond to messages...the last time I waited 6 days for a call back for important information as requested by Dr. Koe. I could continue regarding concerns but will refrain. It's become difficult to trust.

Dr. Koe was my Father's doctor for five years. Her compassion and clarity were very much appreciated. Her knowledge of pinpointing my Father's ailments were great. She listens to seniors letting them voice their concerns, which is all they want. I highly recommend her. Her staff are very polite and genuine, it was shown greatly with myself and my Dad.

Dr Koe could get a lot more done if she didn't repeat herself over & over. She has been late for app'tmts because she's eating lunch (often!). Not a good listener, seems to have a competing dialogue going on in her head a lot of the time. She often doesn't welcome input from family & has dismissed my very real concerns w/o even hearing me out. Too eager to give drugs rather than investigating. Frequently gives referrals but then does not follow up to ensure pt is seen by specialist in a timely manner. Currently looking for a new Dr for my dad.

Dr. Koe did a thorough exam when I first came to her after my previous doctor retired. She has encouraged me to eat properly with fruits and vegetables and fish and-- exercising. She is really into preventive medicine and follows up with lab tests when necessary. She never seems to be in a rush. I really lke her.
