Biography

Dr. Brian Kahn is a native of Atlanta and has been in practice here for the past 24 years. He is a fourth generation optometrist who specializes in hard-to-fit contact lenses for conditions like keratoconus, corneal transplants and presbyopia. He is board certified by the American Board of Optometry and provides care for pre/post LASIK, dry eye disease, glaucoma, and diabetic and hypertensive eye disease. Dr. Kahn is a graduate of Pace Academy in Atlanta and earned his BA from the University of Texas, Austin. He completed his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, and interned at Omni Eye Services in Atlanta. He has received numerous awards and recognitions for his leadership and expertise in Optometry. Those include being named Young Optometrist of the Year, as well as Georgia Optometrist of the Year. He is a member and administrator for Vision Source, the largest national network of private optometric practices in the country. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Georgia Optometric Association, Greater Atlanta Optometric Association, and the AOA Contact Lens Section.
