If you're a "Chronic Pain" patient & crippled, don't expect "Dr. Steve" to treat you with any respect. Once he saw my medical records & noted the drugs I take for massive injuries in a MVA and subsequent surgical errors, he dismissed me as "looking for drugs" and not believing that I was experiencing devastating pain! The ER was empty so no reason to be ignored. I pleaded for tests of my back and knees but once he discovered I had not suffered a concussion in my falls, he 'wrote me off as a druggie'! I could not walk, stand or sit. I came via ambulance & after being ignored for over an hour, I told him I should not be released to go home. Since this was a 'holiday', no radiologist was available to read my x-rays! I will never go back to this hospital, especially the ER! It's like someone wants this hospital to fail. It's a pittance of 'good, quality service' it used to be years ago. As for Dr. Steve, I wish I had found a good, compassionate doctor that fateful night.
