I have seen Dr Graybill for several years to treat my osteoarthritis and cannot say enough positive things about him and his staff. Every time I see him I am impressed with his knowledge and positive attitude when treating my problems. He has treated two of my family members who are equally impressed and thankful.

Have never seen such incompetence and lack of care for patients. My doctor referred me and a wonderful, compassionate nurse named Laura, I think, got me in that morning as I was in such agonizing pain. When I arrived I told the nurse the same thing I had told Laura. She said the doctor refused to see me because he didn’t give pain meds. I said fine. Do whatever he can. I am in agony. She still refused. I refused to leave. So he saw me and said that if my X-rays were normal he wouldn’t have a clue what to do fur me. Which makes him incompetent in my book, in addition to being uncaring. And his staff is incompetent as they should not have had me have to pay someone to drive me there, as I was too sick to drive, given they should have told me over the phone that the doctor didn’t want to see me.
How could things get any worse? They kept my drivers license and insurance cards and denied they had them. Finally they agreed they had them and lied by saying I had left them there. What else is there to say? Incompetence, lack of ethics or compassion, and a complete waste of time.

Very frusytarted with his staff. Had a scheduled injection time at BOSHA, BOSHA called saying it was an hour earlier, told them Graybill's staff had a different schedule they gave me, Bosha said I had to square it away with Graybills office, that's great if you want to listen to an answering machine, call them four hours later saying you didn't get a response when you left a message, finally get a call back saying I needed to call his clinical staff to reschedule, you guessed it, back to another answering machine. So much for customer service and your needs.

I went to this "doctor" 2 1/2 years ago for a pain in my neck. I don't remember the specifics of the visit other than it was just "weird"...I had two procedures done and thought at the time "this is crazy" but was in so much pain, I went through with it. Neither procedure helped my pain...now, two and a half years later, I get a bill for $412...can I prove I paid it? Nope. I have changed banks and they (Washington Mutual) doesn't even operate anymore, so I can't get a statement or cancelled check to show I paid it. The doctor's office said they've been sending me statements, but I am extremely observant about going through the mail because I get a lot of credit applications in the mail and need to shred them. If they sent me four other statements, there is NO WAY I would have missed them. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR....HE IS A HUGE SCAM ARTIST!!!!!

I was referred to Dr. Graybill by Dr. Joseph Kay. I made an appointment for injections 2 months in advance. The first one went smooth, then next one, a week later, the doctor didn't show up. Neither him or his staff let me know he was on vacation. And speaking of the staff, they were rude to me when I told them I wasn't happy about the doctor not showing up. very said place to work and very said doctor with no compasion. Dr. Graybill also doesn't listen to you, he gets you in and out very fast. Always rushing.

I am an employee of a Local Government. I went to this doctor from another DR. referral. Doctor Graybill spend less than five minutes and gave me a vague explanation. He is more pushy towards giving you injections as known as the sales pitch for pain injections than anything else. He didn't seen to understand the problem and disregarded my care by changing plans and attitude towards my problem. Please read this. This is my personal experience and opinion to have gone through this experience. You can find a better place maybe if you are lucky.

Sent to this "doctor" for w/c and therapy. Doctor does not explain anything to you, spends all of 5 minutes with you (after you have waited in waiting room for over an hour taking stupid tests), they force you to spend over 8 hours a day there doing therapy on everything except what you need.(ie: I had a arm injury & they had me doing leg therapy.) When you try and discuss it, you are shut down. They force you to do nap time for one hour by listening to nature sounds. None of it has anything to do with your injury. They are extremely rude & they try & keep you in their program by telling your insurance they need to work with you longer. They want money, they have no intrest in helping you. They don't return calls, they fill your meds when THEY feel like it, & your injury doesn't get better because its the money they want. My arm injury was made worse by them. Do NOT go here! This place is shady in more ways than I can say here.

I have nothing but praise for DR. Graybill and his staff. My appointments are always on time. I am notified by phone the day before my appointment. The entire staff is always very friendly, supportive, and express concern as to how I am doing. They are very helpful with my Workmen's Comp. claims, if a problem arises. As for Dr Graybill, he has always been on top of my treatment plan and explains treatment plan in detail in a way I can understand. He has always been able to answer all questions I have had in a manner I can understand. I would recommend Dr. Graybill and his staff to everyone who wants a knowledgable doctor and a extremely supportive staff.
