I believe Dr. Hwang saved my life. We "played" what I called "chemical roulette", for a couple of months, constantly changing medications until we found the right anti-depressant for me. It was a difficult time for me, due to some really negative side-effects of some of the meds, but having been on the medication he discovered worked best, and prescribed for me has changed my life dramatically for about 15 years, now.

Dr. Hwang spent 3 sessions of discovery before he prescribed a medecine that helped me. I attribute my present well being to his thorough care.

Dr. Hwang treated my husband after a suicide attempt and subsequent hospitalization. He never gave a clear diagnosis, but prescribed numerous conflicting medications. Just as my husband was beginning to have an insight into his behavior, Dr. Hwang said he didn’t have to take the antidepressant if it was causing him to gain weight and my husband’s behavior went downhill from there. Dr. Hwang would not speak with me when I tried to tell him about his increasingly bizarre behavior. He never suggested any type of talk therapy, but continued to prescribe antipsychotic medications, while my husband became more irrational. In December 2000, my husband died in an accidental fire he started while in a delusional state. I believe Dr. Hwang is a menace masking as a doctor and I was pleased to see that the state board had suspended his medical license in December 2007.

Dr. Hwang is number 1 in my book. I only wish that I had been on this treatment 25 years ago.

I think that this Dr might prescribe any meds you ask for. My daughter wound up in the hospital with an anphedimine psychosis AFTER I called him twice and begged him not to prescribe stimulants to her because her internist and other psychiatrist said they were counter indicated for her condition. He did it anyway.
