She can be very helpfull when it comes to doing some paper works on your behalf such as writng notes for your work, filling out forms and applications...., however, regarding medical diagnosis and health issues she is sooo off and shouldn't be trusted.

I started seeing Dr. Madan last year. She has always been friendly and welcoming to me when i am in her office. I have never felt rushed in her office. The staff is not an overly friendly bunch but they are polite and nice. I have never waited more than 5 minutes when i have an appointment. Overall, Dr. Madan does seem to have an interest in me and my care.

My experience with Dr Madden was mixed. Initially, very off-putting, to say the least. She basically told me she didn't really want me as her patient because she didn't want anything "too complicated"! Nothing which I shared with her in my initial visit was anything unusual or "complicated". As it eventually turned out, I was indeed ill with a very serious condition (cancer), which she unfortunately mis-diagnosed for several months, basically telling me I had a very simple condition, (but strangely, I was not getting well with any of her "suggestions"). I realize she is very young, but I hope she will learn from her mistakes. I am searching for another family doctor.

Dr. Madan is incredible. She is very thorough and compassionate. Every time I see her she is sure to perform all necessary tests on me. She follows up with me and is very friendly. Dr. Madan is a breath of fresh air - she is a wonderful and up-to-date doctor.

Dr Madan is efficient, but the doctors we come to love and trust are more than machines. Indeed, if Dr Madan's job is to make people feel stupid or a waste of her time, then she is truly an exceptional professional. Her tone was dismissive and, quite surprisingly, accusatory as well. Someone should tell her that being sick or having some sort of chronic condition is not just an inconvenience to her.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Madan. This was a couple years ago, and I was going through a devastating break-up at the time. My family doctor had moved away, so I was automatically given to Dr. Madan as she was accepted new patients. I remember I was happy to have a young, female doctor and thought that I might have her for the rest of my life as a family doctor. I'm from a small town and was looking forward to developing a great relationship with my doctor. But she didn't seem to like me or care about me, as strange as that sounds. I didn't feel any compassion towards me or my reasons for being there. She actually told me she wouldn't see me anymore as a doctor, as she didn't feel she was the "right fit" for me. I was devasted. At that time in my life, I more than anything needed a doctor - especially a caring one! It was the most awful experience I've ever had with a medical professional, or lack thereof.

I think that Dr. Madan is a very compassionate doctor, she is kind, caring and never makes me feel rushed. However I was surprised that after once being five minutes late she lectured me like I was a child which I found tremendously rude. Her staff is not in the slightest bit helpful and actually booking an appointment feels like pulling teeth because of her odd schedule.

Dr. Madan is intelligent and compassionate. I find that she always remembers my specific concerns through repeat visits and never fails to follow up. She is very patient and I never feel rushed -- and NO waiting for appointments. They always happen exactly when you have booked them. I find her to be an exceptional doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Madan for over a year now and I find her to be a very good communicator and very professional. I feel very comfortable with her knowledge and she definitely has the patient's interests at heart. She makes a point of not having patients wait in the waiting room by staying on time, but she has taken some extra time to explain things when necessary.
