This dr seen my kids since they were born. We were in the process of an adoption and needed our kids to be seen for a well visit to complete adoption paperwork, they were going to take 6 weeks to see us. I called each day to try and see if there were any cancellations and after 2 weeks, decided just to take them to our family MD to complete the paperwork. A few months later, my kids were sick with fever and I called to schedule a sick appt....and SHE REFUSED TO SEE MY CHILDREN and stated that since we 'chose to enter into a patient relationship with a physician other than herself, she was no longer their dr'. Just like that....no correspondence or notification that she didn't want to be my kids phsyician any more (until after she refused to see them). Needless to say, my sick children ended up in urgent care that day.We found another pediatrician in our town and could not be happier. She runs her medical practice more like a business than a place of compassion for sick children.

Dr. Andrew's is the best pediatrician my daughters had ever been to. She is very caring and intelligent. I would recommend her to anyone. She is the best around!

Dr Andrews see all 4 of my children. I love how we get into her very quickly and the nurses there are so nice too. She has a different personality but is very sweet and soft spoken. She is never in a hurry when seeing my kids even if its a last minute appointment. She always asks lots of questions. I think shes great compared to some other ones I have tryed in the area.

Dr. Andrews is not a very professional pediatrician. Talks down to you like a child. Very rude. Seems like your child is only a number. Will be changing doctors.

Dr. Andrews is the BEST! My daughter has a rare issue that no other doctor in Springfield would touch. She is wonderful to work with and her staff is great. Even when we had an insurance change I refused to switch doctors. I just paid the extra out-of-pocket to keep Dr. Andrews as her physician. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

At my daughters 6 week check up, Dr. Andrews said that my daughter had a wax build up in her ear. Dr. Andrews said she could remove it. When trying to remove it my daughter starts screaming and blood is pouring out of her ear. Dr. Andrews busted her ear drum. All she said was oops. Needless to say we switched to Dr. T. He is awesome. My daughter is now 6 and loves Dr. T. I would not recommend her at all.

I took my 7 year old to her and she had her nurse take my daughters blood pressure and immediatly told me she had high blood pressure! They then proceeded to use several different sized cuffs on her and got different readings each time. They did this because my daughter was taller than most children her age and was more the size of a small adult. She did not do any tests on her to determine why she had the high blood pressure. She was rude and told me, the mom, that my daughter had a predisposition to being fat, because she could see that I was over weight. She told us to put on music and dance for 45 min a day and to have the school nurse take my daugters blood pressure every day. We felt her to be incompetent and was worried that the lack of concern for my daughters condition at 7 was alarming. We figured that if our daughter had anything severe that it would be overlooked so we switched DR's to Dr.Vo who is Wonderful! Save your time and money...she stinks!

Dr Andrews is the best in Springfield - One of my children has many issues, and she is always on top of it -- her exams are thorough, she doesn't want to miss anything, and takes her time, talks to you and seems to really care about the kids and their parents.

We were assigned to Dr Andrews when my son was in NICU -- she is top notch all the way, we only changed our health insuance changed and would not cover her office, I have yet to find anyone as good as her -- and continue to wait for my insurance to let me back.
