Dr. Kretchmer was nice and friendly, and he answered all my questions. I'm going to send my husband to him, too, cause he has gum disease that i've been trying to get him to take care of.

He was very passive aggressive; does not welcome questions. Atmosphere was like FAST FOOD dentistry; staff seemed browbeaten and tense;I felt uncomfortable...will not go back...EVER too many other good dentists out there

Recently I saw Dr. Kretchmer and couldn't be more pleased! He eased my fears and made me feel completely comfortable by taking extra time to talk with me about my procedure. His staff was very attentive and I received wonderful care from everyone in his office. I appreciate being referred to him and highly recommend this office!

He overcharges. $325 for full mouth x-rays is $180 more than another periodontist and $200 more than our regular dentist. $185 for a 5 minute exam is $60 more than another periodontist. $465 a quadrant vs. $180 -$320 a quadrant for root scaling and planing . Shop around. Even if your insurance pays this is what raises the insurance rates. We are not ever going to him or Dr. Stella again. We got burned for $500. Should have been $270 like it would have been at our new periodontist in Cary.

Dr. Kretchmer was really nice, though I think this website misspells his first name? His staff seems to really know what they are doing. I needed my gums treated with a deep cleaning, and he did a nice job actually explaining what he was going to do and why. I've had similar work done in other offices, and it hurt! He numbed me up really well and used lauging gas, so it was a much better experience than before.

I was referred to Dr. Kretchmer for an implant. Him and his staff did a great job at making me feel welcomed and took all of the fears I was experiencing away. Dr. Kretchmer did a great job explaining the surgery to me in a way I could understand and the surgery was so much easier than what I had expected. Thanks so much to Him and his staff! I highly recommend this office for any surgery needs!

My wife and I were referred to Dr. Kretchmer for periodontal work. He took time to explain everything to us and made us feel comfortable. The staff was super! The facility was top notch as well. We are both appreciative of the way they made us feel and the excellent job. We both notice the results and highly recommend this office.
