Dr Rukshen fixed my SVT. He is the best. No more trips to the emergency department to have my heart reset. He has great manner and is a great Surgeon. I Have to say this surgeon is a true gentleman he has a fantastic bedside manner and is very jovial. I found that Dr Rukshen was able to explain my issues in laymen's terms and no question was stupid enough for Dr Rukshen not to answer , Dr Rukshen practise has staff that are as delightful as he. I would always recommend this true gentleman surgeon to anyone. Thank you very much for all your assistance and care I will be ever grateful my wife included :)

The absolute best doctor I have ever dealt with. He is a lord and the happiest, friendliest most knowledgeable doctor. His staff were all excellent. I recommend him thoroughly.

I can honestly say Dr Rukshen gave me my life back, I had AF quite bad aged 60, it was very deliberating and stressful, but he assured me that he would fix it for me.

I found Dr Rukshen by chance as my cardiologist at the time from Joondalup said there was nothing that could be done and just put me on beta blockers that didn’t work, I later found out he’d got the prescription wrong!!

Dr Rukshen was a god send, his enthusiasm and drive is amazing and all of his staff are the same,.
If you have AF this is the man to go to I promise you.

I had the Ablation at Hollywood and I’ve been AF free now for over three years thanks to him and his team.

Can’t recommend him enough.

Medical issues are always a daunting experience that can scare the life out of normally stoic individuals. However my experience with Rukshen has been a success story to date. I thank Rukshen for what he has done to get me through my AF issues and his wonderful staff both at Rukshen's rooms and whilst undergoing surgical procedures. In Hollywood hospital 4 days after having a complete shoulder replacement in June ready to be discharged l had a SVT . I was lucky enough to be able to see Rukshen for the first time he came to see me on the ward from his cardio ward. He was so reassuring and knowledgeable in his field .He clearly explained what the problem was and how he would treat it to both myself and wife. I had a exploratory the next day to find the exact position of the SVT while still in Hollywood . Only a few days later l was admitted into The Mount Hospital for the Ablation. Went home the next day feeling really well. Unfortunately the week before my 3 months appointment for clearance of the Ablation I had another SVT. I contacted Rukshen the next day and he saw me that day in his rooms he was so sorry the first Ablation had not been a complete success but arranged for me to be re-admitted the following Monday for another ablation in Hollywood .This was most successful and I have been cleared by Rukshen ,no longer have to take Asprin . I am so fit and healthy and completely reassured Rukshen that all is good but if I have any problems or concerns can still contact him in the future. Rukshen’s reassurance,care,and genuine concern for each of his patients along with the team that assist him both in hospital and his rooms are also friendly ,caring and professional. I would highly recommend anyone needing this kind of medical care to be referred or contact Rukshen .Nick Rogers.

Suffering from AF for 18 months, my life had taken a dramatic turn for the worse. Being only 60 years old and having led an active and healthy life style this onset of AF was physically and mentally devastating. I was initially prescribed medication that slowed my heart rate along with my ability to perform the most basic physical activity. By chance a friend told me of Rukshen and the success he had experienced after having the ablation procedure. On visiting Rukshen and discussing my condition I was buoyed by the knowledge that there was a very good chance of also being successfully treated. Rukshen is a thorough professional in every sense. I had the ablation procedure 3 months ago and am now once again enjoying a fully active life. I would like to thank Rukshen and his medical and clerical team for their professional and friendly service, with the best results.
For many years I have had fatigue, breathlessness and dizziness which have impacted on my life greatly, making me feel very unsure about my future.
Late 2017 I was finally diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation and after medication and
cardio version not been successful, I was referred to Rukshen for a Cardio Ablation.
I was anxious about the procedure, but after the initial consultation in June 2018, I was put at ease by Rukshen. He is a very experienced, extremely educated in his field, knowledgeable , caring and dedicated to get the best results.
Post procedure, a complete success, best possible outcome, the only medication I have now is for blood thinning. I couldn't be happier, I have my life back,
I highly recommend Rukshen to anyone who has the same problem.

I went under Dr Weerasooriya's care 2 years ago, he diagnosed my issues (AF), performed procedures at Hollywood, kept me informed every step of the way, and at all times may me feel relaxed and comfortable. His knowledge and care was unquestionable, and I now have had a clean bill of health. I am very grateful to the good Professor and his team ..
