Wonderful doctor - knows what he is doing!!! Very caring and good bedside manner as well.

I love Dr. Dietz--especially for children. He is good with kids and most of all, I appreciate that he will always do what is right for your child and not what is right for the parent. I never want to put my child through a surgery that is not necessary and I know that Dr. Dietz would never do so. When I was looking for an ENT, my pediatrician asked "Do you want a Dr. that will do a surgery or do want a Dr. that will do what is necessary" I have been with Dr. Dietz ever since and he has taken great care of my 3 children.

Dr. Dietz offers you time to ask and get answers to all your questions. He is sensitive to the hearing impaired and helps with the adjustments I had to get used to as I lost hearing. He also gave me advice on things I could do to stall the process as much as possible. He also advised me to have any children that I had tested imediately because my type of hearing loss is congenital.

Dr. Dietz is good with kids, but has a bad bedside manner with parents. He also refused to do a surgery that could have helped my son. After a year of infections his partner did the surgery and we haven't had any trouble since.
