I am a patient of Dr. Golovanov since 2013. I came to see him after a long time of being afraid of the dentist, and he helped me overcome that fear. The first two sessions were under anesthesia, but for all the subsequent ones since, I did not need to sleep any more - because I was not afraid. He always has a smile and a good word for me, and he recommends only treatments and work I really need. His staff is very friendly, especially Mattie, who always helps me figure out a new appointment time when I need to reschedule, and Erica, who is so gentle that I am actually enjoying and looking forward to my periodic dental cleaning instead of dreading it. I would recommend Dr. Golovanov for anyone who is looking for excellent service, and for those too afraid of the dentist who need special attention and understanding.

I have been wanting to switch dentists for several years but the hygienist would always convince me to stay. She would explain that he was the best dentist and his work was perfect as he was very precise. But everytime I see him he is very ignorant. I try to remember im there for his skill not his social ability. But it doesn't help that his front desk has disgusting attitude.
Overall- he may be a 'great' skilled dentist but getting passed the attitude from all the staff really casts a shaddow on what could be.

We just had a general anesthesia for 3 years old. The Aneshtesiologist was nice and polite to us. I could see that he totally felt my child`s fears and tried to calm him down. All stuff was patient and helpful. Yes, they are quite busy there. Keep in mind, that no one is gonna hold your hand, so buckle up. However, they are exellent at what they do best. Dr. Golovanov was also straight to the point, fairly open to relevant questions. Again, 5 stars for a knowledge! The only thing I would suggest to do. Dont be lazy! Pick up the phone and call to confirm your appointment!!! Soooo easy! I called twice asking if they need us to come later, they are cooperating well. After my second phone call, we drove to the clinic and waited only for couple minutes before they started. My kid didnt even had a moment to get upset as everything happend so quickly. As to insurance coverage - it is YOUR job to come prepared. While receptionist would know a thing or two, dont count on it. Call you insurers, ask what you need. Jeezz....

We just had a general anesthesia appointment for my 4 years old son. As you can imagine, I was very nervous, because my son was never put to sleep before. But after coming home I couldn't help from writing an immediate review. Dr. Golovanov and his team has amazing skills and they took care of my son. The treatment and recovery went super smooth. Dr.Golovanov has such a high knowledge of the work that he is doing. I would recommend this doctor and his office to anyone who is looking high quality work.

I had my wisdom teeth removed in this Clinic three years ago and only have good things to say. I'm really glad that I was completely asleep. No complications and I only had cleanings after that. New hygienist is very calm and punctual.

Took my son to get fillings done waiting an hour from when we were booked to see the dentist. But over all they were nice. Place is clean and the staff friendly.

Dr Golovanov may have the skills needed but he definitely has no bed side manners. I had 2 fillings done under sedation and when I woke up, he wasn't even there to say that everything went well. Obviously too busy and no time to assure patient that procedure went well and the call if there are any problems or concerns. Staff just put my in a wheel chair and took me to car that was driving me home. I got a follow up call the next day by receptionists and I expressed my dissatisfaction

Apparently, according to the Dr Golovanov. , my 8 yr. old had several cavities.
He felt that sedation would be a good option, given that my child was petrified of being there. I went and had a second opinion and there were no cavities. I asked if there could have been any"grey " areas with the initial findings and my dentist replies "No".

I have very limited understanding for how insurance works, how I am billed, what do certain 'appointments' entail? Etc. But DO NOT ask front desk or anyone else any questions. You get attitude or a dragged out convo that had nothing to do with my question and concern. I have given this place so many chances, stayed because my hygienist was the best. And now she isint even there anymore.
You can't blame the Doctor for what his staff is like, but the personalities there are lucky to have jobs.
