The tattoed crude receptionist, Misty, should have been a red flag about the service and attitude of this dental office. The horrible experience has been a major downplayer in my trust of dentists.

As always, it was a great visit. The staff is professional, caring and friendly. Erica has the lightest touch and Dr. Golovanov is exceptional in his approaches to treatment, suggesting options and completing work at the highest standard. Warmly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Andrey Golovanov is so rude, he has to improve his communication skill with patients big time, the way he speaks to a client is unacceptable! He also doesn't bother to explain the problems which you have, and in case if you ask him a question he gets really angry. My recommendation stays away from him and Awake Or Asleep Dentistry.

Misty the receptionist is such a b*tch, looks like he's on heavy drugs, as well she is extremely unprofessional and rude. Doctor himself looks like he cares about money only, and I have experienced very poor customer service,won't use them again. For the amount of money, I paid next time I'll pay to business who at least will respect as a customer and provides great service

Such a disappointing experience with this doctor. Front staff is great but this dentist is so gruff, bedside manner severely lacking. Spent a lot of money yet did not even see or hear from dentist for follow up. Doctor has no patience with you if you are fearful of dentist, be very wary.

I’m rating this clinic in many factors.
1) Dr Golovanov: he may be knowledgeable and good at what he does, but he has zero customer service skills. I’m not expecting much, maybe a friendly ‘hello’ when he sees a patient. But none of that. All he wants is your money. He always seems to be in a bad mood or very serious. He can give the wrong impression to people of younger ages.
2) dental hygienists are super-friendly, very skillful and great with people of all ages. This is the reason I continue to be a patient of this clinic.
3) front desk is ok. No complaints and she does her job. She’s friendly and knowledgeable as well.
4) environment is pleasing. It’s nicely decorated and clean.
Overall it’s an ‘ok’ clinic. They do offer sedation which I don’t need but I think that’s a big selling-feature to many people. This clinic definitely doesn’t ‘wow’ me but it hasn’t discouraged me from finding another dentist.
