He has been patient and kind to my daughter whose ears get clogged quite frequently. She has cried after all other doctors have cleaned her ear canals, but she looks forward to seeing Dr. Morrow, and says her ears feel great afterwards. He listens, is efficient, and explains the procedures he will perform.

I recommend Dr. Morrow to all of my friends and family. He provides the most up-to-date evidence-based medical care. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and honest. He takes the time to listen, and explained all of my treatment options in a clear/concise manner. I did not feel pressured to make any decision I was not comfortable with. The office staff was also very welcoming and friendly. I definitely plan to see Dr. Morrow again in the future.

Dr.Morrow is extremely professional and compassionate. Every time my family and I walk into his office we are always greeted with a warm smile from his office staff. The office staff is always very accommodating and compassionate We have been going to Dr.Morrow for 12 years and highly recommend him .

Simply love Dr. Morrow! He loves what he does and it shows! My children visit him for his ENT practice as my daughter had to have tubes placed in her ears this April. Dr. Morrow is simply wonderful with both children and adults. There is no wonder why he was awarded top doctor over the years. As a mommy, it’s nice to visit Tomorrow’s Face, Dr. Morrow’s facial plastic surgery center, which is located right within the ENT practice. Overall, Dr. Morrow is simply the best and I would highly recommend his services!

I dislike to have to pay before being seeing by the doctor. I never had that before: pay before services are done. Office worker said she will not give my chart to the dr. unless i pay upfront! I
found dr. Morrow totally disinterested, inattentive and not helpful at all. I'm in pain for 7 months now so maybe i'm a little sensitive to not being even examined for longer than 30 sec. Will not go back

The staff is unbelievably rude in manners. I dropped cash out of my pocket in the visiting room. They got the money, but behave like a detective to question what kind of bills you dropped -- this is really an insult for $10. I knew that I had cash in my pocket, then it was gone, and it was two $5 bills, they refused to give to me, I was wondering what they are going to do with the $10 (my money). How can Dr. Morrow hired these kind of meaner mind staff to work with him, he is going to loose his patients! I will never go back to visit unless to pick up my money. I would rather give double of the money to a homeless, not a sinful staff who judge other people with her own deceitful mind, a thief mind. I will tell others -- please read the review before you go to your appointments, and change your Dr. office visit before it is too late. Your could loose more that $10 next time. Every time, I thought about this matter, it disgusted me - -a thief in the Dr. office.
