I wish I had consulted this site or others before I went. The doctor had a conversation with me regarding a nasal polyp. I had the CT scan to check it's size and three pre-op appointments during which he explained that he would just go in and cut the polyp out. I ended up having a septoplasty and my turbonates reduced. He NEVER mentioned those procedures in our conversations. When I signed the consent form, I thought that was just the formal name for the procedures I was having done. I ended up having nose bleeds, every hour for 30 MINUTES for the next week following the procedure. When I called to let the doctor know, the manager told me to wait until my post op. I am losing so much blood that I have pillow cases, bed sheets, and hand towels soaked in blood but they wouldn't even see me ahead of the appointment to check me out. I strongly recommend that you do not come here, or at the very least get a second opinion.

Very bad office--unbelievably rude, irresponsible and unprofessional. The assistant did not return the phone calls even though the Doctor himself asked me to call his assistant on Friday as the results would be ready on Friday. I had a very bad sore throat, saw Dr. Morrow on Wednesday and was waiting for the culture results. The pains was so bad that I could not sleep during the night and had fever. After a few times of calling the office staff simply hung up the phone on me. Initially I thought maybe the line got disconnected so I called again and no they simply hung up the phone three times. Even though I needed urgent care and they had a selection for urgent care they did nothing but hung up the phone. Not only I have never experienced this with any other Doctor's office I have never thought it is possible in United States. Eventually I called again and left a message again telling that I would be filing a complaint. Only after that I got a phone call from Dr. Morrow's assistant saying that the results are not ready yet and hopefully they will be ready later of the day. Never in my life I had a Doctor's office staff hung up on me. Will never see this doctor again and will try to file a complaint. I would give zero star if I could.

Worst office and doctor. Waited an hour for a 4 min appt. Veronica the office manager hung up on me and is the worst manager ever. You will hold and never speak to anyone. Doctors are pompous and obnoxious. They should be reading these reviews.

Saw this doctor when I had fractured my eye socket years ago. He was awful! Kept me waiting over an hour and then castigated ME when I had to leave to take my kids off a school bus. He really was more interested in the medical student shadowing him that day. I found him basically of little help medically either. His bedside manner was awful. He also tried to get me to use out of network x-ray facilities. What's with him??

I can't rate the doctor because I never got past his staff. I specifically asked for an appt. in the Summit office & when I arrived early as requested no one was there to answer the door. When I finally reached someone on the phone I was told I was supposed to be at their West Orange Office. I said I specifically asked & was confirmed to see the doctor in the Summit office & was again told "No, you're supposed to be here in West Orange" No apology for their scheduler making a mistake, only a rude attitude. It was supposed to be my 1st visit so I'll find another local doctor whose staff knows how to be polite & do their job.

I had a rhinoplasty and deviated septum (spelling?) Dr. Morrow spent a good amount of time and had very good side manner. The follow ups where just as favorable. However, he cut between my nostrals therefore leaving scar tissue, which stands out when I smile; therefore, making me look like a pig! I also had sinus infections more than ever but I can also contribute that to allegries. The nose looks natural and a lot better than my original nose. So I'm not unhappy but I could be happier.

TERRIBLE OFFICE, FACTORY CARE, JUST SECONDS WITH THE DOCTOR. This place will make you wish you were in the Soviet Union, where you would have been treated with more courtesy than here. LONG LONG waits, rude staff, mechanical treatment, and a doctor who will treat you as he runs out of the room. The very WORST SERVICE AND CARE ANYWHERE.
