He took time to find a personal level, while covering all of the bases when I was sent to the ER for a potential blood clot. I appreciate that he slowed down, tested what he could, provided a follow-up, and reassured me with facts.

As I read through all the comments, majority of them are all positive. I can appreciate that, My experience as a mother was he is very polite, but my incident was I have visited ER on 4/7/2023 when my son had severe abdominal pain and vomiting, after waiting in ER for almost 6-7 hrs in pain, he only ordered to do blood test , I trusted Dr to order test according to patient pain in Abdominal area, not just assume for Covid related, but who after long waited, we were sent home and said blood test (liver emphasized) is fine go home rest and drink lots of fluid and if pain get worse then come back, which I answered, last thing I want is to come back to ER. His answer was you have to come back, it’s your baby. So we wen home, I did what he instruct us to do .. after 2 days, pain did not go away, by then my son did not want to go back because 1st time not much was done to diagnose the problem.. I had no choice but to bring him back after 2 days on the 10th, I had a note from urgent care note from
Paediatrician to go to ER for possible Appendicitis, we came with note hoping that would fast Tract in Triage in ER.. he is a child( As far as I know Appendicitis is also a stat case) no did not make any difference.. from 11 am to till about 6pm with pain and constant vomiting , still waiting. Finally with u/s and CT on the10th confirmed Bowel Obstruction which means his Appendix was ruptured, I am devastated for not doing any u/s at-least when his first Visit to ER why he had to endured so much pain when it could have been had the Dr did order U/S He would n’t be hospitalized this long in hospital with infection in blood and to go through drainage of his abscess build up from messy rupture… I wish he had handled differently then to have me feel so regret and guilt of not speaking up or demand as a mother to do at-least an ultrasound for the peace of mind.. because of that negligence, I have to take a longer time off to be by my son’s bedside which means time off from work in this inflations struggle… that was my experience to start my journey at HR…

Dr. Soberman is a kind, and gentle soul. He helped our 7 year old today, who needed a procedure to glue his skin together, just above his eye. Our son is one very anxious and nervous little guy, yet I've never seen him so at ease from the moment Dr. Soberman walked in the room. I can't say enough about how wonderful this doctor is. What a true mensch!

Probably one of the best ER doctor's out there. Extremely kind, gentle and doesn't just sweep the problem under the mat. Takes his time and makes you feel so comfortable.

Dr. Soberman was wonderful. It’s apparent he loves what he does & I admire doctors like this. His bed side manners were remarkable, he sat next to me & made me feel at ease. I left the hospital feeling better about my condition. Thank you so much Dr. Soberman, keeping doing what you do.

My three year old needed stitches and dr soberman was kind, gentle and spoke to my son like an adult. He explained everything that he needed to do before it was done, made jokes and made you feel instantly comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this dr. He was amazing and truly cared.
