After dealing with a parotid tumor and an ear with no hearing (not related, same side of head) I can hear again and have a plan to remove a tumor. For 2 years I have been getting the run around and Dr. Marlowe's staff was pleasant to deal with. When he came in, he took the time to listen to me, which the other doctors had not done, unstopped my ear, and set us on a path the get the tumor removed. He answered my questions; he did not rush me and I was ecstatic when I left. Don't wait if you have a problem. Go see Dr. Marlowe!

Excellent! He helped me with severe migraines more than any other doctor. Had been to several prior to him with no relief. He is the best!

Made an appt for persistent mucus problems. He told me their were 4 drugs for my condition but said he was going to give me what worked in a majority of cases. Took the medication and had side effects from it. Called the office and was dismissed immediately as some sort of a crank even though I explained that there were 3 other options available. Very shoddy and unprofessiional

Part of my problem was with Patient Portal results that were extremely small and could not be read. I called office to have them send results to me since I needed to take them to another doctor. The gal who answered was extremely rude and sent the doctor the results right then, but said I would have to pay $1 per page for her to send them to me! Also was not totally pleased with Dr. Marlowe as I was there for inner ear problem since I was experiencing balance and dizziness issues which I have had in the past and had documented with another ENT! Dr. Marlowe seemed in a rush and hence, made up some fabrication that my husband (who was in office with me) and I found odd. He told me to come back if I felt he could help. He also prescribed a medication that I would never take (Diazepam), especially without giving me a good diagnosis was to why! I will not go back to him!!!!

He is a crook, only interested in money. Yes, he will fit you in for the surgery fast. He is quick to recommend surgery for anything. He promised one thing, but did not deliver. After a needless surgery that he did for money, we had to get other specialists to fix what he has started. Do not go to him!!!

Dr. Marlowe was highly recommended to me when we moved here a year ago as a wonderful doctor for my 7 yr old daughter. We were not disappointed in either Dr. Marlowe, Dr. Marrs (his partner) or his staff. We have found him to be very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. He always makes the effort to make my daughter feel comfortable and treats us with the utmost respect. He has worked us into his busy schedule numerous times for unplanned visits which we appreciate. I don't mind sitting in a waiting room with other patients (adults or children) even if it must be longer than I anticipated because I understand that he is providing the same level of expertise and care to someone else who needs it and will do the same for my child when he sees her. I highly recommend Dr. Marlowe.

I had tried for 3 days to get someone to help me with a painful and very swollen gland. A friend referred me to Dr. Marlowe and they got me in the next morning. He took time to listen, explain and plan a course of action while making me feel like I was his only patient.I have more work coming but feel confident that Dr. Marlowe will do his best to take the right course of action to eliminate my problem.

I Waited over one hour to see Dr. Marlowe. Kids making lots of noise in the waiting room. I have obstructive and central sleep apena which Dr suggested 5 surgeries to be done at the same time. Being an unhealthly senior decided to do the septoplasty first. Doctor refused to do just one without the other for no other reason that he would not make as much money. Also the staff was terrible as far as finding out what my insurance whould cover. Gave me inaccurate information and were vere rude.

Dr. Marlowe is a consumate professional with an excellent sense of humor and superb chairside manner. I had a horrible ear infection including bleeding from my ear for months after serious pneumonia. I was able to make an immediate appointment and received the BEST of care. After 2 weeks, my months of suffering were ended. I did NOT have insurance, but the costs for office visits and treatment were most reasonable. I would most highly recommend Dr. Marlowe to everyone. He is simply THE BEST!

Dr. Marlowe is a most unusual doctor. He treats you like a friend (even when you first visit) and is very caring....and knows his stuff!
