I can't believe it's been almost 20 years since I have been seeing Dr. Heics. She is wonderful and have no complaints about her or her staff. All very friendly and very helpful.

I trust my eyes to no one else!! Being a Type II diabetic, it is essential that my eye care be managed appropriately. Dr. Heics and her staff provide that type of care.

Have been seeing Dr. Heics for approx 10 years. Very knowledgeable and caught a problem I was unaware of that could have caused glaucoma. Her staff are very helpful and friendly (new"er" receptionist). Highly recommend her practice. FYI - got contacts today!! VERY HAPPY!

I'm fairly satisfied with Dr. Heics' service. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the receptionist. She gets irritated when you ask a few basic questions. Since I'm spending a small fortune here, I think I'm entitled to a few questions?

The woman on the desk was bristly when I made additional requests which irritated her. I waited 20-30 min. for my appointments. Dr. Heics is pleasant but I had to have my prescription re-done elsewhere as I could not see after I got the glasses.

Dr. Heics is a wonderful doctor. Very calm and serene, makes you feel at ease instantly. She's actually very soothing to be around! Extremely thorough, good at getting patients in to specialists, and follows up quickly. I highly recommend her for anyone, from small children to seniors.

Dr. Heics is wonderful with my daughter, she has been going to her since she was about 3 yrs old. I see her as well. She is always very thorough and patient and explains and answers questions completely.

I would highly recommend Dr. Heics for a full visual examination. She is careful, thorough, intelligent, congenial, empathetic and practical. Her attention to detail is appropriate. Her office is clean, organized and the staff very pleasant.
