We love Dr. Lacy. He has been our dr for 8 years. He listens and is fair with our teenage kids. I definitely recommend him.

Dr. Lacy and TLC Pediatrics have been our 1st choice in care for our boys since before our eldest son was born in 2008. He took the time to meet with us before our son was ever born and was the 1st person I saw at 6:30am the morning of his birth at Winnie Palmer. Our children love going to the doctor's office. The staff is like no other. I recommend anyone to TLC Pediatrics.

I feel very fortunate that both my children have gone to TLC Pediatrics since they were born. Dr. Lacy is my pediatrician of choice, however, I have seen Dr. Elias as well and am very comfortable with and like her too. Dr. Lacy is fantastic. While I was still pregnant, he very graciously answered my long list of questions and has had very knowledgeable answers to all my questions since. I feel very comfortable with his advice and treatments and my children like him. The staff is great. I call the nurses all the time to ask questions and they tell me what to do or if I should bring my kids in. The wait time is always a few minutes. I recommended TLC to my best friend and she was very happy that she switched over.

We had our two sons go to Dr. Lacy for several years and not only did we love it but the kids were comfortable with him as well. He was thorough in his exams, took time to talk to the kids and to discuss their progress with us. He discussed other aspects of children’s healthy growth with us, not just the medical care. He is a knowledgeable doctor who is also caring. We and the kids miss him after moving away from the Orlando area. One more note on that: he gave us all the kids’ medical records for our files when we moved away, both in print form and in CDs that we have as reference. Very professional and friendly staff as well.

I agree with previous posts about Dr. Lacy being rude and arrogant. I've only to the office 4 times and every time I've left feeling talked down to or ignored. He doesnt take the time to fully listen to your concerns. Every time he's interrupted me and dismissed my question without even fully listening to my concerns. I'm a first time mom and I understand he might deal with this issues on an ongoing basis but he needs to understand that he's patients don't.

Dr. Lacy is a wonderful doctor. My son has been going to him since the day he was discharged from the hospital and today we are going in for his 4 year check up. Dr. Lacy, Dr. Elias and the entire staff have always been great to me and my son. I hope to have them as my son's doctor until he goes to college!

As a parent of a child with special needs, I will forever be grateful to Dr Lacy and his staff. Due to his expertise and diligence, my son was diagnosed early and has received appropriate treatment. His staff is very responsive, caring, friendly. I have recommened this office to several friends who have all been quite happy. I love everything about Dr Lacy and his staff and trust him entirely.

Dr. Lacey is an excellent doctor. My 4 year old son has been going to him his whole life. He takes him time and answers any questions we have. My son adores him. His staff is excellent too. I would highly recommend this pediatrician to anyone.

Excellent service. Dr. Lacey always spent time to interact with the kids and treated them with respect. Always had time to find out how they were doing in school and maintain a relationship. Overall good experience
