He told me what my doctor had referred me to him for. I wanted to communicate more up to date concern than 4 years ago about my spine. He cut me off. He intimidated me that I should stop speaking at that point. Doctor should not have moved my spine around the way he did. I did not ask any questions and I received no information (Wish I had seen the first reviewer's rating below.)-- not even a walk out after preparing to exit his office. Received a written report. Last I will see of him.

1) Dr. Conway seems to be very knowledgeable, however should you go see him bring a crowbar so you can pry some words out of his mouth. He tells you nothing unless you ask questions. If you don't know what to ask you get no information 2) His assistant is a thick buffer between his patients and himself. She may call you back or maybe she won't. A return call seems to depend on her mood and she won't allow you to speak with him unless you make an appointment. She won't make any appointment less than six months out. 3) He did, actually, personally call me with my MRI results, ON A SATURDAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO CALL HIM BACK! He scared the facking (British) sxxt out of me just to tell me the MRI was good. 4) I paid cash for my copay, for an appointment) and was billed for it. Had to drive to Hartford to present the receipt to prove payment. 5) The office has a patient portal program which was not working. When I called the office to tell them this they told me to contact the web site which provides the service. WHY ARE THEY TELLING ME TO FIX THEIR PROBLEM? Summary, the entire business model that office has is terrible and Dr. Conway should take a communication course on how to talk to his patients. His sever lack of verbal communication made me feel as if I was wearing a plastic helmet. Stay away from this office. My entire experience there was very inefficient and wasted months of my time waiting for him! There are additional issues but you get the point.

I have to say Dr. Conway is a great and caring doctor. Since my diagnosis recently, he contacts me to make sure I am doing ok. He is soft spoken and took the time with me to get through what I am going through. Everyone I referred him too can not say anything bad about him. Linda can be rude but I give it back to her. She has been better. I don't know what I would have done without Dr. Conway.

I found Linda (his assistant) to be rude, unprofessional and lazy!! In my opinion, Linda is a poor reflection upon Dr. Conway. I spoke with the Dr and he was OK. When I spoke with Linda, I felt like, "Are we in a trailer park???" When I had to call, I was just polite, tried to endure her and I minimized my words because I really want to just slap her. 95% of the time I get the voicemail when I call -which is totally unprofessional. The doctor seems OK in terms of knowledge. However there are better doctors in Connecticut that can give you the full professional service. I definitely would not recommend Dr. Conway's office.

I see there are no current comments. I am still having anxiety after being forced to see this doctor. He was selected for me due to an injury. Firstly, I had to remove most clothing. Really, for a neurology exam. The room was smaller than my smallest closet. He asked irrelevant intrusive unprofessional questions . I told my son who is in med school and he was taken aback , as well. I would report him, but how, to whom. Worst experience with anyone in the medical profession in my entire life. He has no reason to be so pompous and arrogant. His findings were 100\% wrong. His testing was not thorough. He is a disgrace.

Dr Conway is an outstanding and capable neurologist. Nice to talk to, thorough and very good at his job. He has a great understanding of neurological medicine and takes great care and interest in his clients. I would recommend him unconditionally for anything neuro based.

I saw Dr. Conway and found him to be extremely intrusive. I felt that he deliberately made me uncomfortable, too. He was very impressed with himself and his accomplishments. This was a miserable experience. I had to find another neurologist to see. I would NOT recommend him.

This is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is expert in knowledge and caring in approach. Appointments are hard to come by but worth the wait. The office staff is helpful.
