The best doctor in the Rego Park and Forest Hills.

His receptionist/wife inadequacy to do her job in a profesional way, makes this doctor not worth the visit. There are so many doctors out there with staff that provide great customer service who are worth your time. His receptionist is beyond rude and is unfortunately ruining his practice.

Very good doctor but the poor level of customer service provided by the receptionist does not make visits a valuable patient experience.

Excellent doctor, very professional, takes his time to explain all the details, which is very rare in the medical field. I was very happy with the staff and the service. Very affordable.

Dr. Agaon is a GREAT DOCTOR. His receptionist is very helpful and nice as well . If you good to people they are good back to you... I will defiantly go back to him , when I will needed.

I was a patient of his; his receptionist is very rude and always very opinionated. I actually got so sick from his prescription meds that I almost died. I switched and never went back. I would warn anyone who is thinking of going to that practice to reconsider.

I was refered to this dr by a family. When I called to set up an appointment, the receptionist had the biggest attitude. She picked up the phone asked me what's the nature of the call, once I explained the signs and symptoms. She asked for my insurance. Once I told her my insurance coverage (ghi) she got very rude right off the bat, as if I was wasting her time speaking to her ... Because they don't accept my insurance..She was ready to hang up and didn't bother listening the patient.... Dear dr!!! You can be the best dr in the world but if your staff isn't professional, it ruins the entire experience. I was was ready to ask what's the cost for a visit if is pay for it. But it was a quick good bye.... I will take my business elsewhere!

The doctor took my problems seriously and ordered tests that other doctors did not bother with in twenty years. He also ordered follow tests to see if my baseline was stable.
