He is my doctor for almost 20 years. He treats all my family. I sent a lot of my friends to him.

The doctor is very thorough in his regular checkup, I would even say too thorough, he is personable and knowledgeable. The problem is with his wife who runs the office, she divulges personal information about patients' medical issues to others and the patient-doctor confidentiality is thrown out the window. So, if you want people who don't even know you knowing all about your medical history, then you can go to Dr. Khariton. I would suggest not having his wife there and then the doctor's office is fine.

Excellent doctor, very respectfull, didn't have to wait to see him; he asked a lot of questions before he gave me my diagnosis, did blood work and at F/up said that is going on with me. Excelent Dr. would recommend to friends and family

Dr. Khariton has been my primary care doc for years. I moved to a different borough, but I still use him because of his expertise in different areas of medicine. I read the previous review of a person who expected him to sign a referral form without examining the patient, and was upset when the doc refused to do so. I say, this is the way the system is supposed to work. And don't call him ignorant - the man knows his stuff.

I am posting as a word to those that may be discouraged by the other review. That is a patient who had a bad situation, and did not have the patience to recieve proper medical care. Dr. Khariton has been my primary care physician for the better part of ten years, and he has been nothing but personable helpful and effective.
