I have seen Dr Shibata for 15 years now since I had a mild heart attack. Ended up being diagnosed with SVT which I am sure you all no what that means. I was just 25 and scared as I was starting my police application and thought I was done right there and then. This man made me feel so safe and secure like I have never experienced before except for one other Dr. Every time I go in and see him we don't need to go 9ber my history cause he remembers and he instantly treats you like family. We have some great laughs first as he then talks with my family as he first saw me with a 1 month old son and has co tinted to remember and tease my son every time lol. He gets me into see specialist very fast and takes awesome care of me. If you are going to him for the first time and are afraid because it's your heart please don't worry you are in great hands and just know he will do everything to help make it so. And the girls up front are just as caring and supportive of you and it's nice to see the same ones upfront after all these years. And if you want appointments faster bring donuts or Muffins from Timmies lol kidding. But they do love them. I wish you all well.

I have been seeing Doctor Shibata for many years now. I love going for my check up. He has a fantastic bedside manner. Very polite, soft spoken and makes me feel very comfortable. Never in a rush to get me out of the door. “Dr. Shibata is fantastic”

Amazing man and Doctor. He listens to his patients and his patience and kindness is beyond expectation. He is truly a doctor that one can trust and If I hadn't moved to another province, would still be his patient! His compassion and bedside manner excel! His optimism and gentle manner is what the medical profession needs more of!!
