this is the most mean and rude place I ever been. the doctor is cold. the nurse is rude.
they just kick the customer out directly, only because the Mom is not much agree with the way they check baby's body temperature. I did feel discrimination.

I have five children and all of them have been seen by Dr. Hiben. My children feel so comfortable with seeing Dr. Hiben. Dr. Hiben only sends his patients to a specialist only if needed. I thank him for taking many appointments and even calling back personally to make sure his patients and parents are doing well. also to address and concerns parents may have. Thank you for the 9 years of service.

Good for only Physical Examination. He will talk nicely , spend time with you to make patients feel that he is very caring. Very poor when it comes to treatment as he will route you to specialist and wont take any responsibility except sending your details to different providers will end. He won't give time for sick visit when this is actually needed for kids and advise you to go to other doctors. When a doctor say he don't know what to do , then you can imagine about his experience & knowledge

Dr Hiben makes you feel like you are his only patient. He has tremendous bedside manner. he is very knowledgable and I like that he is conservative in treatments. most of all, my daughter LOVES him. We are do lucky to have found this amazing pediatrician!!!

Everyone you call or go in they make you feel like family. Dr. Hiben is the most amazing doctor I could've ever imagined having for my first born. He takes his time with each patient making you feel at ease. He answers every question in a way that makes you feel confident, allowing you not to worry. Easy to get an appointment, easy to talk to, easy to leave feeling confident about the course of treatment or feeling like you know what you are doing. We love him! & his staff!

Dr Hiben was my daughter's pediatrician in Lakeland. We were so upset when he left our area, that we found him and followed him to Temple Terrace. He is now my daughter's two sons pediatrician. He is that awesome! ! Had a bad experience with a staff member yesterday but Dr Hiben was too busy to be bothered with that at the time. However, I know he will find time to discuss our concerns at next appointment.

Doctor Hiben is AMAZING!!! I have known him for almost 20 years. He has seen all the children in our family including myself, so when I became a mother there was no question on who my children's pediatrician would be. We drive from Lakeland to see him. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!! He's personable, informative, and just perfect with the kids. My children adore him. He gets on there level, makes it all about them. His staff is just as amazing and helpful as well!

We've used Dr. Hiben for the last 7 years, for all four of my kids. I have recommended him to all my friends. My only wish would be that he could treat me and my husband too! My kids are always excited when any of them need to visit him. They leave with a smile on their faces. He's laid back, dedicated, and knows you and your kids by names. Great doctor! When I call, the staff knows exactly who I am and which kid I'm talking about. After being treated like just another paying customer by our first two pediatricians, I will follow Dr. Hiben anywhere!

Staff is very friendly and always helpful when you call. Dr. Eugene Hiben is awesome with kids and my daughter has been going to him her whole life. She was scared when she went in for her 2 year old visit and he was so nice and so kind with her that she calmed down very fast and left with a smile on her face even after getting shots! Amazing doctor and I will be taking my next child I am about to have there as well.
