Dr. Ainspan is very good at answering all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable about his field of medicine. He is able to guide me in the direaction that help heal my skin issues. Also, I've never have any problem with his medical billing.

I decided to see him because of the positive reviews on this site. The staff were average. When I got there, the office was kind of empty. It seemed like they had many cancellations the day. I heard one of the staff was saying about it...So it made me a little nervous..When I saw the doctor, he seemed nice. At some point, he recommended me to buy one of his products, and I told him I'll think about it later. Right after I said that, he became mean and impatient. When I tried to ask him a question, he didn't want to listen and looked like he was irritated by my question. He didn't care what I wanted to say...He rushed me to leave the room. He was not professional at all. I was very disappointed. I won't go back there anymore..:(

I came to Dr. Ainspan after several earlier bad experiences with other Derms. He is hard working , honest, and does not gouge, and most importantly is extremely competent. His "brusqueness" is not tinged with malice but rather is a cover for his underlying good humor.

Dr Ainspan is extremely knowledgeable and really knows his speciality. His mannerisms are a little brusque and he's not a feel-good or super-friendly type of guy, but if competence, efficiency, and knowledge are your main concerns in a Doctor, he's your choice.
