They are obviously under staff, you cannot get a appointment with Gray herself unless you have a month. Nurse practioners are great. I have never waited less than 20 minutes in the waiting room plus another 10 minutes in the 2nd waiting room. Call for a refill...better call a month before you need them. You have to constantly follow up on the status. They do say they will call you back but I waited up to 48 hours and finally just called them. Oh and you can't speak to a live person, so you leave a message and hope that they will call you back in a reasonable time. I finally left, I think she got to big for her britches

I saw Dr Gray for over a year. I waited an average of one hour in the waiting room, then another hour once I was called back. As a doctor, she is good, but the wait is just not worth it. The staff was not friendly or organized at all. She seems to be a little overextended

Once the doctor is seen everything is excellent. Getting there is terrible.
