It took me 2 months to talk this doctor into testing my elderly mother for diatetis. When he finally did her sugar level was critically high (400+). The doctor is currently too busy too see mother now that she has developed complications. His office instructed me to take her to the emergency ward ...and hung up. Needless to say I'm looking for a new doctor that cares.

This Doctor has the worst staff I have ever experienced. They are rude and inefficient, arrogant and argumentative. The Doctor himself has treated me for over 4 years and I recently changed to a new Doctor and found out that he (Gulesserian) had been doing everything wrong to treat me. So this Doctor should be avoided at all cost.

This doctor seems to be too busy. Most of the staff seems to not care much about patient care. Very long wait time to see the MD, even with an appointment. Doesn't respond promptly (3 days) to inform family of loved ones condition during hospital stay nor arrange Hospice when asked for by the family.

this doctor misinformed me then lied about it as a result of this i was terminated from my job he made me feel as if my complaints were unfounded as it turned out i needed surgery to fix some hardware that had came loose in my back

My expectations from our primary care physician are fairly simple. The Doctor never follows up when we leave a message. Long waiting time. Several billing and administrative errors occured. Do not feel welcome at the reception. It looks like a human factory now as IN and OUT. The Doctor is absolutely not proactive on presenting solutions or options.
