Dr Burijon is an EXCELLENT DOCTOR! HE IS AWESOME WITH CHILDREN THAT HAVE ANXIETY, DEPRESSION,PTSD &,ANGER ISSUES. He is the Best Doctor in the field in my opinion. He is dedicated to his patients' full recovery. I highly reccomend him!

Dr. Burijon is an EXCELLENT Psychologists.
He has provided me with the tools that I need to get through a very difficult time in my life. I took the time to read the other posts that were written. I believe the best answer to opposition is silence because it does not fuel the ignorance that comes from some people's post. If they didnt like the dog, they were free to choose another therapist. Trust me as busy as Dr Burijon schedule is I could use the free space if someone would leave! Some of the Smartest people I have ever had the privilege of knowing had a lot of paperwork in their offices, Lawyers and Doctors !
Dr. Barry Burijon is a 10 Star provider in my opinion and his staff is the Highest Ranked that I have experienced as well. The office is Top of the Line and His Services has changed my life forever. Very knowledgeable and professional. His testing procedures were excellent, accurate and thorough. He has expert knowledge in his field when it comes understanding testing results and knows how to articulate so the patient understands. He is honest and has integrity. I saw him for 10 session and I put him in the top 10% in his field. He is very laid back and makes you feel comfortable about having a conversation with him. Sometimes unshaven and seems to have a little clutter in his office, but I believe that it's his way of showing you that it's okay to have a clutter in your life as long as you are organized professionally. He is a knowledgeable and honest professional.

Dr. Barry N. Burijon
He showed up extremely late for our appointment, then brought his puppy in with him. He looked like he just rolled out of bed and slept in the clothes he was wearing, with a horrible and uneven 5 o'clock shadow. I stepped into his office, and there was a mountain of trash and papers in the corner taking up 1/4 of his office, dog food scattered over the floor, and a pile of electronics, cords, papers, etc. throughout the rest of his office... borderline hoarding. I sat though the session only to be irritated by his need to share his personal life-- from his dogs, to his spouse, to his inability to deal his own personal problems. I would not recommend his services to anyone, especially if they had any sort of anxiety/nervous/PTSD issues as his office could set off an episode upon entering.

He was late for appointments twice; he seemed to have no clear plan for testing and treatment; he did not share results of testing, but simply left a large written report with the office manager - along with a bill for writing it.

Dr Burijon tested my son over 2 visits a month ago. My son is depressed and having significant difficulty with his classes. He has not yet received any follow up regarding the testing. We paid $150 out of pocket, in addition to the co-pay, for the report. My son cannot proceed forward with treatment until he has the results of the significant testing that was completed in Dr Burijon's office. There have been 2 calls made to the office for the status of the report. There has yet to be a response. I'm quite sure insurance will not cover repeat testing but I will have to send my son to another psychologist if we don't receive a response soon. Perhaps if the doctor tested fewer patients he would have the time to respond in a timely, thorough manner.

Always late! Evening appointments for elementary school aged kids run 45 mins late, no warning. Also, completely missed an appointment, no warning, office staff couldn't reach him to determine why. When a call was requested to explain, he avoided us! In short, AVOID! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
