At this point they don't even deserve 1 star.
Horrible front staff, lack of communication, never call back, NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, don't follow through on providing pharmacy with proper prescribed dosage, I have to call multiple times: to schedule an appt, get them to respond to med request, appt request, pharmacy info to send...........Dr Pflieger owned this and it was amazing, the new dr is good in person but her staff is LOUSY!!!!
I'll have to look for different providers for my kids.
Update #2 📢 Abby Hennessy (aka ofc mgr) calls me back to clarify that --> a. They never bought Rockwall Pediatrics and aren't affiliated with them and that my post here is not acccurate, on and on JUSTIFYING their lousssssssssssssy ability to communicate and follow through. Â
She went over the rx that they called in for my boys and how it isn't covered by my boys insurance which should have been addressed on my previous attempts to reach someone in the office. Pls note that the pharmacy  never told me it wasn't covered only that they were waiting on the two attempts of additional info requested from the dr's ofc. ofAt the end I asked her "is this how you address your patients calling and pointing the finger" she went on to drive her point home JUSTIFYING the lack of professionalism. I then was enraged and hung up.
FYI Ms. Amanda - YOU ARE WRONG! MY RX'S ARE COVERED FOR WHAT YOU CALLED IN AND ARE READY TO BE PICKED UP. Once again, you are not thorough and should've had your ducks in a row with accurate information when you  call me.
A. I don't care who bought a practice or didn't. I don't care if your practice isn't affiliated with another practice or not. I don't care about the minutia of their practice.
B. I do care about the ability to have someone answer the phone.
C. I do care about someone calling back within a reasonable time if you don't have anyone answering the phone which is honestly unacceptable for a business not to have a proper person answering calls at a pediatricians ofc.
D. I do expect when a Dr calls in an RX and the pharmacy sends info back requesting proper dosage info that, and I have to call to get the dr to reply THAT THEY DO. Without me having to call and get them to, not only once but twice without taking 8 business days.
E. I absolutely expect an ofc mgr to be respectful and professional without addressing my reviews that I have left about their business in a confrontational approach. (Especially since I've expressed my disdain about it to the intake girl most times I bring my boys in for their visits every time and have refrained from leaving a review sooner).
Later on a last call with Dr Hedayati, I asked her if she was aware of what happened with my experience with her office and ofc mgr. She said yes only and never even wanted to discuss it, ask a question, apologize for my experience, and completely dismissed the question. Â Dr Hedayati approves the behavior of her staff and is why they are able to engage with her patients they way they do. It's a chain affect. Trickles from the top.
Lastly, as expected, I've sent an authorization to our new pediatric office requesting my two children's medical records. The new pediatric office has faxed them over on 8/2/2021 and 8/9/2021 and again today on 8/11/2021. North Pediatrics (Dr Hedayati's office) has yet to send the medical correspondence.
Â
A complaint has been filed through the insurance Amerigroup as of 8/9/21. They asked a lot of details to address this practice.
