Why can't the doctor's office respond to my pharmacies refills requests or faxes in a timely manner. It's so annoying that I have thr call multiple times.

gone from the office often, he cancels my appoitments often, if you have urgent medical needs won't see you and his staff rarely calls you back, he is just very unprofessional just treats you like a number. when you have symptons he does not believe you until a specialist confirms you are with tests.

After having many physicians, Dr Gustaveson is definetely the best. I have recieved the best care from him and his group. I definetely recommend him to everyone! JJN :)
