My son was a patient of dr. Massih's and I switched to a new pediatrician after he was in the picu for 10 days at hope childrens hospital and she never came to check on him or even cAlled to see how he was. This was so very disappointing. Not to mention when you call the office, no one ever answers the phone and you have to leave messages in order to talk to someone. I would not recommend her or any doctor in the practice after that.

This is not just for the specific doctor. I think they have a bad billing department. I have to agree with the first person leaving a comment. When it comes to money, healthcare comes last. They will also try to over bill so watch out. Always review your billing even if you have full coverage. There are two other things I personally liked about the place. It was all female doctors (at least when I used to take my kids there) and it wasn’t very crowded. Although sometimes they didn’t accommodate patients schedule.

Dr Massih is a complete disgrace to the medical profession. During a severe illness for my 4 year her office refused to see us over a $200.00 outstanding bill, even when we offered to bring the money in, in cash if need be. After settling the bill, we were told we were "kicked out" as patients. My children have been her patients for 15 years, and this is how she treats people. No regard for a child's health, only her pocket book. I'm in absolute shock and disapointment. So much for becoming a physician because you want to help people.

Dr. Massih is fine until you question anything she recommends. Then she seems put off and bothered by having to explain her reasoning. She even made a snarky note in my sons chart about my saying I would get a second opinion. I felt she wanted to prescribe unneeded medication and I wanted to understand the reasoning behind it. She does not appear to welcome this questioning.
