I am 69 and have been coming here for 4 years. Dr. Tom spends an extraordinary amount of time with his patients wellness visits. Very detailed and cares about you. I have had 4 other Primary care Doctors since moving here in 2003. Dr Tom is by far the best! His staff is also very quick to get Specialist referrals approved.

Not competent and treats elderly patients with no respect

You will not be seen by the doctor. They make you see their nurse who will misdiagnose your walking pneumonia as a flu bug and then you have to go to a specialist to even be diagnosed properly, and by then you are in massive pain. Find a different doctor. They don't know what they are doing at this office.
