Very great doctor and staff, very informative and treat you like family.

We received our initial appointment and nutrition consultation fine. But ever since then, we've been jerked around. They won't send links to our virtual appointments, most of the time our calls go to voicemail, they're unwilling to help us with expectations about billing or insurance coverage. It's just all around a nightmare. Now, after paying them for several appointments, we're going to have to start over with a different Bariatric company because Peachtree just seems incapable of handling their business. Maybe better to know now that they're incompetent than after they perform a surgical procedure.

The staff were very helpful and provided outstanding customer service and it was great seeing Dr. Duncan. He is a excellent doctor with excellent bedside manners and cares about your wellbeing. I credit him for helping me gain my quality of life back. His seminars are great. If you follow his rules after surgery, you will keep the weight off. I am a living witness.
