My mother was dying from a stroke, and I asked, how we could do something to prevent this, and he’s says lose weight. Didn’t even show empathy that my mom was dying. He was very cold.

Went with my parents - my mother is in a wheelchair and my father is her caregiver. Both are in their 70s, it was an hour drive, and needless to say a lot of work for them. My dad made this clear to the staff in advance. The result was waiting for 2 hours and ultimately leaving. The staff was unhelpful and uncaring. Never had the opportunity to meet the Dr, but given his incompetence in running a small business, lack of leadership in building and developing an effective staff, and genuine lack of empathy for his customers/patients, we ultimately caught a break. Certainly not someone I'd want my family going to for healthcare advisement.

Dr Kachmann did a spinal fusion on my back 22 yrs ago. I got a staph infection in the incision and my spine would not fuse. So he did the surgery again and my spine still did not fuse. I have lived with so much pain and his response was to just get used to it. I can not stand up straight and sleep in a chair. This man has no respect for his patients time and is arrogant

Had neck surgery 2016, he did such a sloppy job at it, he nicked the C-5, C-6 and partial C-7, caused my right arm to be paralyzed for almost 4 mo, had to end my career as a 16yr corrections officer, I am now on disability, I can’t even lift a bottle of dish soap with my right arm because 2 muscles atrophied…he couldn’t even do a clean job at closing the incision, he over lapped the skin with glue, nothing like most incisions I’ve seen on others, he will leave you waiting in the waiting room for hrs, he’s sloppy and rude, I’m not the only person he has caused a C-5 paralysis with…I would bet this was no accident either, he’s very arrogant..

Dr Kachmanns staff is great!! He did my spinal fusion. He did 2 more neck surgeries on me after that. The last time I went to him about my constant neck pain he basically blew me off and told me that with a neck like mine I'm bound to have some pain. He didn't have any suggestions or anything for me. He was rude and arrogant. And this was after I waited 3 hours to see him!! I will not be going back to Dr Kachmann

I had a great experience with staff and Dr Kachmann! I am currently 6 weeks post op and doing great! I would recommend Dr Kachmann if you are having back issues! 👍🏼😃

He refused to see me because I was to fat. They made my family doctor call and tell me.

I have had to have 3 back surgeries, Dr. Kachman and his staff have been wonderful.Helpful and concerned, yes he does run late, however he is on call Luthern. On times he was not on call I was called in early.
