Dr Gelety and Marta have been very helpful. Working in a busy medical office myself, the staff have always been very professional, on time and even saw me when I was late. He has been able to squeeze me in for an emergency as well. I couldn't expect more from a professional office, but I feel like they go above and beyond.

Saw Dr. Gelety and Marta Silva for monitoring during IVF with an out of state clinic. They were very rude and unprofessional. Wait time was always 45 minutes+ One of the reasons I was going out of state in the first place was that their success rates in my age group were low and Dr. Gelety had actions from the state medical board against him for negligence. I had to go their office several time and it was always a negative experience

My husband and I were trying to conceive for 2 years and decided to find help. Dr. Gelety was very aggressive about finding a solution to our infertility. Due to endometriosis we were unable to conceive on our own. We did ivf and were able to conceive a singleton ! Our baby girl is due in just 6 short weeks . We cannot wait and will be going back for our second child if need be. We have many frozen embryos. Dr Gelety is very professional and knows his stuff ! Marta is awesome too !

I am so grateful for Dr. Gelety and nurse assistant Marta for all their work to help my husband and I conceived our second child. We struggled with infertility for almost two years and now, not only are we expecting but we are expecting TWINS!!! It was our second IUI attempt, my husband and i couldn't be happier. Several close friends recommended that my husband and I make an appointment with the Arizona Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (AZCREI) when we were trying to conceive. One of those friends had given birth to triplets and two others conceived singletons with Dr. Gelety’s help. My husband and I knew that our chances of conceiving were pretty low. So, while we were extremely impressed by Dr. Gelety’s success rate, we were even more taken by the personal experiences our friends shared. Words like “honest,” “flexible,” “respectful,” and “thoughtful” resonated with us. If we were going to try to get pregnant, we wanted to do so with the support of a doctor and staff who possessed these qualities. Dr. Gelety and the AZCREI team were the absolute best we could have had!

I have been a patient of Dr. Gelety since 2013 and I am very pleased with the level of care and professionalism I have received from Dr. Gelety and his staff. Dr. Gelety and Marta have always been very compassionate and genuinely concerned for the outcome of my treatments and procedures. I have recently returned to do another FET and again was completely satisfied with level of care and treatment I received. My husband and I feel completely comfortable in placing our trust in Dr. Gelety and Marta, RN. They have always answered all of our questions and we have called several times between appointments and they have always been there for us. They have always kept us informed of treatment and what to expect at the next appointment. My husband and I will always be so grateful to Dr. Gelety, Dr. Wu, and Marta, RN, because without them we would not have a healthy baby right now. Dr. Gelety has been very accommodating to us. He went out of his way to work me into the schedule to perform a procedure the same day so I would not have to travel back the following day (I live 3 hours away). They have always worked with me on scheduling appointments based on the fact that I live out of town, we greatly appreciate that. Every time I go for an appointment the office is packed and it is because Dr. Gelety is the best. I would highly recommend Dr. Gelety and his staff if you are looking into IVF treatments.

My wife and I have been dealing with Gelety and his cronies for over a year. They're never on time. NEVER!! They have miscommunication issues very frequently. The rooms aren't very clean, reeking of a strong odor. Oh and we aren't pregnant. If we didn't go through so much money, heartache, and actual pain getting our embryos I would've given up a long time ago. When you ask Gelety questions, he acts as though you're a bother. When I'm spending thousands of dollars per try, if I want to know how much sugar you take in your coffee then you should just tell me. He's a freaking jerk. Marta is the only person there with a sliver of humanity.

I am so thankful for Dr. Gelety and nurse assistant Marta for their commitment and work to help my husband and I. We struggled with infertility and now, thanks to them, have a beautiful baby boy. They run a busy office, but only because they are helping so many people. They are knowledgeable and personable with their patients. I would recommend them to anyone and I am so glad I put my trust in them to go through with different fertility treatments. Its lot of work, but the outcome is priceless!

There really are no words for how I feel about Dr. Gelety and Dr. Silva. My husband and I had been trying to conceive for over 2 years when we started seeing them. He was very aggressive and did not wait around and waste my time. He did several tests on myself and my husband very quickly. He recommended trying IUI and when they did not work, he suggested moving along. We got pregnant with our first round of IVF and how a beautiful 2 year old son. We just did a second round with frozen embryos and are pregnant again. He knows what he is doing and truly wants to help his patients. He is sometimes in a hurry because he is trying to meet every patient's needs on a timeline. Dr. Silva is very knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. I would never go anywhere else and would recommend them to everyone that asks! They gave me the greatest gift possible and I can never repay them!

We have been going to Dr Gelety and his staff for about 3 months. Thus far, we have had a consult, a dye test, 5 ultrasounds, 2 rounds of chlomid, 2 trigger shots, and 2 IUIs. I think Dr. Gelety and Martha are very knowledgeable and nice. The staff however, could use some work in timeliness, effective communication, and courtesy.
