Dr Gangam looked after me for 3 pregnancies. She's an amazing doctor, very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She follows any concerns closely and carefully which has always been reassuring. She also has a great bedside manner and is really awesome with my young daughter having to come to my appointments. She makes her feel included and my daughter loves this a lot. I never have to wait long in the waiting room and the secretary and nurses are always pleasant and attentive. After 3 very positive experiences over 10 years, I highly recommend doctor Gangam to anyone looking for an OBGYN.

My wife had a appointment with this ob for a month. She booked the day we came and they canceled and changed the appointment with a call or anything. Very unprofessional would not recommend dealing with these people.

She was dismissive and patronizing during my appointment. Didn't feel like she was listening and brushed off my concerns.

I was referred to her due to pain during sex. After a year wait time in 2016, she kept saying that she doubts there was anything physiologically wrong and that this was all sexual despite me having physical symptoms. She reluctantly did a pap/biopsy and 2 weeks later her nurse called to say "good news it's not cancer, bad news is you have stage IV precancerous cervical cells. After the very uncomfortable LEEP procedure I was seen by another doctor in a follow up appt (Gangam had gone on mat leave) and she had to do a conization. This was a period of 2 years of follow ups, paps and exams. So not only did she dismiss my concerns as being psychological due to a fear of sex and that my partner was not relaxing me (!) she also never guided me to freeze my eggs given the expected wait time to be cleared and the chance of becoming infertile. This is something that she really should think about when approaching patients and actually listening without forming judgments and just trying to get them out of her office. Terrible and insensitive.

She is absolutely amazing! I had her for both my kids, and she always made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Her staff was fantastic too. She performed my c-section with my son, and it healed perfectly. She is a very knowledgeable, kind doctor! Great bedside manner.

Amazing. She found precancerous cells , when my family doctor didn't. She did my hysterectomy as well. I was up walking etc the next day. Amazing doctor.

Dr. Gangam was my OBGYN in 2020. I definitely recommend her. Very down to earth and friendly...she made it easy to not feel anxious during visits. She even came and check in on me when I had to stay in the hospital a week after delivery!

I was scheduled for an appointment over the phone but didn't receive a call on time and later found just a voicemail delivered more than an hour later ( maybe due to I was calling doc office the same time) and they just didn't pick up the call even after so many attempts and now the staff just left Voice message saying they can have another phone appointment 10 days later and I'm suffering from last 2 months and no help at all.
They are not helpful at all.
