The best doctor ever, use him for myself, husband, mother and my father until he passed. Always andswers calls, listens, refers us to anywhere, even as far away as John Hopkins. We moved away and one of my main reasons to return to Myrtle Beach was this great doctor. Did not have this experience in Asheville, NC. And for the person that said he would not refer to Hospice, he did for my father. Just a wonderful, very smart doctor, and a great man in general.

Very nice doctor. Kind, compassionate; a gentleman. He is, to me, sort of like an old time doctor like the ones who used to come to the house. I have a great deal of respect for him and my comments don't refute how another patient was treated but only how he has treated me, which is very good. I do agree with one rating which indicated 'he likes to do it all himself'. Yes, I believe he would be better served if he delegated more. Other than that, I have no criticisims.

11 years using this doctor. Tries to do it all himself. Asked for referrals numerous times, almost always refused until I begged and pleaded with him. When it comes to end of life decisions he will not cooperate or refer for hospice Care. Very disappointed.

Outstanding Geriatrics practice. Also very good detailed care for intermediate ages.
