Called three times to set up an appointment. No one answers the phones and never even one call back. Obviously there are huge problems there. Will be reporting a complaint to the state and the insurance company. They need to get their act together.

My recent visit was because of severe pain To my surprise two of the staff members seemed to think it was funny and offered me zero help. My opinion of LRMC has taken a nose dive.

I was a patient with lrmc for over 3.5 years. In that time I had a condition/issue that caused me much discomfort and a lessened quality of life.. they never diagnosed my condition/ disease.. their whole general patient care caused my situation to go undiagnosed and further discomfort for me and my family. Their communications/phone menu/general customer/patient care response was terrible. I would not take my fur babies there for a check-up/well being visit.. LRMC it seems are far off the track for patient care and well being.. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for medical care..

Abysmal patient support and administrative staff. Rude and unhelpful phone operations.

I called 72 days ago because I believe a bill I received was coded wrong. I have called three times since and each time I’ve been told they are behind and to call back in two weeks. Last time I called I asked to talk to office manager was told she would call me back ASAP, THAT WAS A WEEK AGO! My Dr. At this office was great except for being on a set time and visits were rushed. He left this practice and so have my wife and I!

Horrible place to get medical care. This place almost killed me 6 years ago by writing a toxic prescription. I am still in recovery from the extreme damage done to me. Every one of my organs shut down repeatedly and they did nothing to correct their error. Just kept seeing me and putting me off. Allowing me health to deteriorate until I ended up in Kidney and Liver failure. They did absolutely nothing but allow me to get sicker and sicker. Never admitting to their error or doing anything to improve me health at all. Received horrible health care treatment from all Drs I saw. Not one helped me to improve me health. Simply allowed my health to decline and progress until I am now in such horrid health. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AT ALL. BEWARE!!!!!

Horrible place. Prescribed a medication 6 years ago that caused built up to poisoning, all my organs due to error. Including medication amnesia , I now have permanents damage which is incurable and life threatening to my heart, kidney and liver damage and only 40% of my memories recovered. As well as other organ permanent damage. All due to medical personal errors after errors and more errors. Never even received apology just cover their on butt non-treatment . Do not go their !!! Your putting your life in danger. I am still in recovery from all the health damage done. Will always be very ill from now on thanks to this place. I was told by one dr that my kidney labs came back abnormal but no treatment was offered it administered to me. Simply told me levels were off. So I went to another dr and found out I was in stage 3 kidney failure. From this place I got cover their own butt lies and misinformation. Not a safe place for your medical needs!!!

Same day appointments are available but LRMC is a community health center which offers to be your patient medical home rather than urgent care setting. Several office sites are available with several on site services such as X-ray, mammography, lab testing, dental clinic, Medicaid office, mental health counseling , and transportation to eligible patients.
