I've been seeing her for over 25 years. Was always good but in the last few years she has dropped the ball on crucial referrals that jeopardized access to specialists for serious health issues. Another doctor stepped in to help me get matters sorted.

Dr. Mugford is an AMAZING family doctor. Despite her busy schedule, she has been so kind to us every time we see her. She ALWAYS goes out of her way to ensure a properly functioning office with her and her colleagues. Furthermore, her knowledge and skill on the job is unbelievable. She is on of the smartest, compassionate and great people I (and our family) have ever met. We love you Dr. Mugford!

Receptionist is disrespectful, rude, not accommodating, and will even go as far as refusing to book an appointment as she sees fit. Absolutely unprofessional. No follow ups on referrals.

Always up to date on medical knowledge even though she has a heavy load of patients and their paperwork. Very concernef and empathetic so sometimes takes extra time and runs late.
