I brought my son to him because of outer toes were curled outwards and wanted to know what the cause was, what negative issues it may cause down the road, if any, and what could or should be done about it. His solution was to tape them to the next toe over so they would not be curled outwards.... No, I'm not kidding, I'm serious. This guy is a sham.

Now that Doctor Mollica announced his retirement let me just say on behalf of ALL YOUR SATISFIED patients THANK YOU DEAR DOCTOR and ENJOY YOUR RETIREMENT .. you coped with all of our foot problems that sometimes our spouses didn't wanna see, you were patient, generous and above all great doctor and we will miss you. I will miss chatting with you about Grateful Dead concerts and Bob Dylan music and aquarium hobby .. in this increasingly hostile, alienated world for us Boomers we've lost a great great Doctor. sincerely your friend and patient Beri

I've seen Albert Mollica a number of times over the past 15 years for various foot problems and not only does he spend generous time explaining and treating, he is punctual and an interesting, engaged person, not robot doctor.

Just had a great appointment with Dr. Mollica. Very professional and understanding of my long standing problem with my toe nails. Would recommend him.

I have had three appointments will Dr. Albert J Mollica and was very disappointed with the outcome. On my second appointment he gave me one option and that was to get custom orthotics with the total being $710, or to "keep doing what i'm doing". I left feeling pressured to go with him because i had already used my coverage on previous visits and I would have to start at the beginning with someone new though being quoted less for product. Now i am paying out of pocket for something that should be covered in full by my Blue Cross. Please consider your options before settling as i did.
$155-casting
$485-orthotics
$70-visit (to pick them up)

I visited 3 doctors before deciding on Dr. Mollica. I made the right choice. My surgery was fairly painless, only requiring 2 days of medication afterwards. My recovery has been uneventful and Dr. Mollica provided clear instructions on my post-op. His calm manner and kindness made me feel that I was in really good hands. I would recommend him to anyone contemplating foot surgery.

I went to see Dr. Mollica for a surgery consult and he was punctual and through. He went through my x-rays and outlined the various options for surgical procedure. Very patient, thorough, and encouraged me to ask questions to ensure I understood the options. Would see him again.

He's been looking after my feet for over 25 years. when my daughter was born with the same foot shape as mine I was concerned she'd have the same issues as i do. As soon as she could walk I took her in and at about 2 years old he put her in orthotics so her feet have grown differntly and probably she will not face the same issues I've had to deal with . He's friendly, respectful, he doens't double book so he's rarely more than a few minutes behind schedule.

I've just recently had bunion surgery by Dr Mollica and it is doing fantastic. I've barely had any pain , just the immediate post - op which lasted only three days after surgery and I didn't need any pain meds after that, and the recovery has gone exactly as he had explained it to me. I can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Mollica is not a qualified surgeon. I had bunion surgery 9 years ago from Dr. Mollica and my bunion was never fully fixed. Today, I had an appointment with an Orthopedic surgeon who told me that they would never have performed the surgery the way that Dr. Mollica did after looking at the state of my foot and xrays. Apparently he sliced off part of the joint in my big toe and it will be very difficult to repair the procedure that he performed. I am in my late 20s now and the diagnosis is that I have early onset arthritis which will only get worse and be a great deal of pain before I am 40.

Do not let him touch your foot with a scalpel!
