Great experience! Made me feel very comfortable and at ease about the procedure. I had a more difficult case (what my dentist said) and was referred to Dr. McIntire because he was the guy! Highly recommend!

had a consultation to have my front Tori Removed. Went ahead with the procedure. They removed my back Tori and not my front(which I specifically asked to remove during consultation). Went back 5 different times Dr. Tracy McIntyre and he assured me the Tori would go away. How would the Tori go away if they were never removed? We reached an agreement for a FULL refund but only received half the refund. When I called back with the discrepancy they said since the performed half the surgery that I would get half the refund. Yes, this truly did happen. I filed a BBB complaint and after numerous inquiries from the Better Business Bureau they never responded. You can check out the full details on the BBB website when you do a search. They have a B- Better Business Bureau with other complaints on record.

Dr McIntire caused me a great deal of pain because he couldn't take the time to put me under (wake up time was cutting into lunch schedule). Instead I went through 4 HORRIBLE injections which he had to have known the procedure would cause more pain then the shots would take care of. It was a Dr Jekel, Mr Hyde moment. Part of the procedure was to correct a mistake of his. Perhaps less time stroking his ego and gym time and more time practicing his profession under supervision.

Dr. Tracy may be a good surgeon but his staff is terrible and didn't even place my mothers implants in the right place. When she asked them about it, they basically kicked her out and close their doors. Do yourself a favor and higher better staff Dr. Mcintire.
This meant a lot to my mom and you all ruined it.

After suffering from a pulled tooth and being made feel like I was being a baby about my pain by my dentist- I went to Dr Chandler for a second opinion he sent me to oral surgeon Tracy Mcentire. So glad he did! Dr Mcentires staff was awesome the ladies at the front desk got me in quickly. The male dental assistant and two female dental assistants were very nice dr Mcentire found that I had a jaw bone infection and a hole in my sinus and my body had rejected a bone graph
my original dentist had put in after pulling my tooth. Dr Mcentire explained why I was in pain
and scheduled me for surgery. They were so good
to me at surgery made me feel at ease i was to be
put to sleep and I told them I was a hard one to get
a vein normally im one of those that gets stuck
about 10 times. Dr Mcentires assistants stuck me
once. they talked to me until I fell asleep. When I
awoke I asked when they were going to start they
said we are done! They all stayed with me in
recovery assuring I was ok. Its been 5 days after
the surgery and I now have no pain I am so
grateful to dr. Mcentire and his entire staff i feel bad for not knowing all their names but it was everyone of them. I went yesterday for follow up
and he said things looked great and everyone
there came and asked me how I was doing and
said goodbye. If you need surgery from people
who care about your well being this is the place to
go. Im grateful to them for making me normal again and stopped my suffering sincerely thank you from- Debra Bratvold and family.

I had a broken jaw which he fixed - but then he attempted to correct my bite caused by the injury and my teeth are very crooked now. Also I had a nerve that did not reconnect and he waited a year before he told me it would not reconnect. He should have referred me to a nerve specialist - but didn't.

What a great staff! They were so friendly, accommodating and helpful- even though I booked an appointment at the last minute. Dr. McIntire and his staff made my daughter feel at ease.
