First time visit with my new doctor. He was great!!

Everything, from pre-visit corresp. to visit, was all I could ask for. Just good feelings. Very nice office, in a nice shopping area. Doctor Sassano took all the time I wanted to ask questions or for advice.

A really positive doctor visit and I look forward to future care.

I would rather not. Know that he is not a vein specialist.

Went initially to establish a PCP relationship to investigate nipple discharge and breast mass that had been identified previously by Mammogram, ultrasound and MRI. They all came back "likely benign" although each test stated a high margin for error due to the complexity and density of my breast tissue. Dr. Sassano and his incompetent staff were rude as they told me they still could not explain the bloody discharge from my nipple. When I demanded some sort of answer for what was causing this, I was advised I was worrying over nothing; they'd given me "the Cadillac of workups". I demanded further testing so they ordered the ductogram at my request and sent me a certified letter in the mail dismissing me as a patient and giving me 30 days to find another physician. The ductogram suggested a biopsy and within 24 hours after the first appointment with the NEW PHYSICIAN, I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. If I could take Dr Joseph Sassano's license, I would spend my dying breath doing so! Awful, inexcusable, and he should choose another profession! Time was of the essence for me and this surgeon wasted my time and ultimately my life.

Dr. Sassano was by far the BEST Physicain I've ever met. He was not only knowledgeable, but friendly and very thorough. He's got a nice quite office with friendly adequate staff. This was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone. I was highly surprised when he explained to me that the swelling in my feet could actually be from a venous reflux issue. I've been trying to find the cause of these issues and he did just that! His staff set me up for all the appointments I will need to diagnose and properly correct this. Recommend to ANYONE!

I have visited Dr. Sassano twice in the last week as a walk-in patient. I found the doctor to be very personable and I never felt rushed. I "interviewed" him at the second visit and have decided to have him be my family doctor. During each of the walk-in visits other patients have, unsolicited, told me what a wonderful doctor he is. His office is bright and cheery, the receptionist very friendly. I immediately got the feeling that I was a person and not just a number in a consult room. I like the idea that he is an osteopathic physician. I would question the batch of bad reviews. I'm thinking that walk-ins should not complain about wait times. I didn't complain, and was grateful to be seen.
