My rating refers to the management of Dr Crawford's office. I was not able to see Dr Crawford.
I found Dr Crawford on my insurance company's website, identified as an in-network provider and asked my primary care physician to send a referral. On Monday, March 21, 2022, Dr Crawford's office called and left a voicemail that they had received a referral from my primary care physician and to return their call for an appointment. I returned the call on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 and after giving them my insurance information, was granted an appointment for 12pm Friday, March 25 2022. Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 11:40 am, Dr Crawford's office called me to confirm the appointment. I missed the call, so I called them back a few minutes later and confirmed the call over the phone. An hour later, Dr Crawford's office called and told me they don't have a referral from my primary care physician and they don't take my insurance, so the appointment was cancelled by them.

I had a bladder lift and partial hyst. After a few years my bladder fell again. Now what?no insurance!

Dr. Crawford performed a nephrectomy and did the most excellent job. He is a true master of urological healing. I am very grateful to him.
