Biography

Dr. Saslawsky has been practicing urology in the Memphis and Southaven area since 1988 after receiving his Urologic training at the Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Saslawsky is the Medical Director of the UroCenter ambulatory surgical center and Chairman of the Department of Urology for Baptist Memorial Hospital Metro. He is on the board of the Select Health Alliance and the Physician Advisory Council of BMH. Dr. Saslawsky did the first laser lithotripsy for kidney stones in the Mid South and has advanced the use of microwave and lasers in the treatment of BPH, Brachytherapy and CyberKnife in the treatment of Prostate Cancer, Botox and Interstim in the treatment of Neurogenic bladder. Currently he runs the Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic within Southeast Urology Network, offering his patients Immunotherapy, advanced oral oncolytics and bone preserving agents
