Staff is rude, Dr. Haikal is a very nice man, but not the greatest doctor. Misdiagnosed me, misdiagnosed my son.

Been going to Dr. Haikal for years. He is always on time, professional and friendly, great office staff. Personable doc. Very knowledgeable and thorough.

Very good at colonoscopy. But when I tried to discuss several problems he could have cared less. I have gastroparesis and horrific constipation and all he said was I'll give you a diet. Which of course he forgot to give me anyway. Sorry.. a diet won't help this. Sad.

Dr. Haikal and staff are THE BESt!; his quiet confidence is testimony to his spot on expertise! Staff is always friendly, and helpful.! I am being treated for a chronic, potentially life ending condition! !; thanks to DR. Haikal and staff I got approval and much needed co-pay assistance in less then a week!!
