Dr A is a good doc. Needs to fire Jen! She lies and thinks she is a doctor herself! She has superiority complex and will cost the practice some patients. Why is it that other comments state the office staff and Jen are awful, yet the supervisors and doctors keep these people on staff? Jen needs Dale Carnegie in the worst way!! Dr A or office manager, if you read these comments these are patients true experiences and you aren’t listening. There are hundreds of available applicants who can fill Jens position and do it 100 times better! Please look for and get a new surgical coordinator . Your current and future patients thank you!

Dr. Andreozzi performed my septoplasty and balloon plasty along with turbinate reduction with care, professionalism and expertand get the job done right. Facility was immaculate and the Surgery was less than 60minutes and discharge time was about the same. I knew exactly what was being done at every stage and my questions were answered thoroughly. I will use Dr. Mark Andreozzi for all of my ENT needs in the future.

The slowest office in the state. You will wait over an hour and they do not care

While it was a little bit of a wait, and his staff wasn't the best, this guy was awesome. He solved my problem really quickly, expressed his contrition for the wait, and he was just a nice guy. I would recommend him.

Dr. A is a great guy however the office is a nightmare. Always wait 3 hours...pack a,lunch and a book. Appointments are always triple booked. No reason for this and it hasn't changed in two decades. Moving on.

Dr Andreozzi is a great Doctor kind patient and helpful however his surgical coordinator Jen is lacking in social skills she's rude and extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't let her schedule surgery for my dog.

I will never go to his office again
He did unnecessary surgery on me ( I didn't needed) he ruin my nose and throat I will NEVER recommend him and his staff very Umprofessional

My husband has tried to get Dr. Andreozzi 3 times and he or his secretary never returned the call..My husband has cancer and has to drive to Dana Farber 2 times a week,, he begins his chemo in 3 days. He was in Kent County Hospital for 3 days due to dizziness and vomiting..He had vertigo and this Doctor would not see him and never called him...wow, I am shocked that a Doctor can do this to a patient...they can charge big money but cannot squeeze my husband in for an appt. so he can go in a few days for his first chemo...he told my husband after my husband explained the story that he can come in a month?! I would never go to this doctor ever...what good is he in the times of emergencies.....plus his secretary certainly was not the friendliest....lynne thompson

Very knowledgeable smart. He saved my husbands life by diagnosis of cancer. I would be patient to see a doctor who is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen
